The filing of a notice of withdrawal by appellant C. Wellington Campbell was brought to the attention of this Court. After considering the notice of withdrawal and the records certified to this Court, it is hereby ADJUDGED that the notice of withdrawal in so far as it affects Appellant C. Wellington Campbell be and the same is hereby granted. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below directing it to resume jurisdiction and enforce its ruling in accordance with this judgment.
