JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

 

Decided July 29, 1988.

 

When this case was called for hearing, the appellees were represented by Counsellor J. Emmanuel R. Berry, whilst Counsellor Pei Edwin Gausi announced representation for the appellants. Thereafter, counsel for the appellants made a submission concerning the legal soundness of the Chambers Justice’s ruling and thereupon withdrew his appeal.

 

In view of the withdrawal of the appeal, it is hereby adjudged that the ruling of the Chambers Justice appealed from be, and the same is hereby affirmed and confirmed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the trial court commanding it to resume jurisdiction over the case, and dispose of the same according to law. Costs to abide final determination. And it is hereby so ordered.

 

NOTE: Mr. Justice Azango, being absent when this case was decided, did not sign this judgment.
