MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL.

 

Decided January 22, 1954.

 

When this cause involving forgery was called for hearing, no one appeared for appellant. The Solicitor General of Liberia appeared for appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because of the nonappearance of the appellant, to which motion no resistance was filed. After considering the motion filed by appellee, and hearing arguments by counsel for appellee, it is hereby adjudged that the motion to dismiss the appeal be, and the same is, hereby granted. The clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding it to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment.

Appeal dismissed.
