EVANS J. BREWER, Appellant, v. REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, Appellee.

 

Grand Larceny. This case comes up on a writ of error brought up by appellant against the proceedings of the Court of Quarter Sessions and Common Pleas for Maryland County, and was duly docketed for review.

 

At the call of the case the Attorney General, representative of the Republic of Liberia, abandoned said cause.

 

In view of the peculiar circumstances in connection with the cause, this court adjudges that the appellee, having abandoned said cause, is ruled to cost in the action.
