AHAMANDI BOLOLI, Appellant, v. AKEN MASRI, Appellee.

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided December 14, 1978.

When this case was reached on the docket it was discovered that it had been filed since 1970, repeated assignments from time to time had not been honored, and neither of the parties appeared at the present term. Therefore, in keeping with Rule III of the Revised Rules of the Supreme Court and part 3 thereof, it is adjudged that the appeal should be and the same is hereby dismissed with costs against the appellant. And the ,Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate down to the court below commanding the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction over the cause and enforce the judgment. And it is so ordered.
