JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
Decided: February 4, 1982.
At the call of this case Counsellor J. Dossen Richards appeared for defendants/appellants and Solicitor General of the Republic of Liberia, Jimmie S. Geizue, appeared for the appellee. The Solicitor General announced the abandonment by the Republic of further prosecution of the appellants. It is therefore adjudged that because of the announcement of abandonment of further prosecution of this cause by the State, the appellants/defendants are hereby acquitted and ordered discharged from custody without day and from further answering to the charge.
The Clerk of this Court is hereby commanded to send amandate to the trial court ordering it to resume jurisdiction over this case and enforce our judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
NOTE: His Honour Roosevelt S. T. Bortue participated in the deliberation and determination of this case but died before final preparation. Hence, he did not sign this judgment.
