JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided February 18, 1977.* At the call of this case no one appeared for the appellant, but Counsellor Boima K. Morris appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because of a defective appeal bond. After studying the bond as filed, it is adjudged that the motion to dismiss the appeal should be and the same is hereby granted with costs against the appellant. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge assigned therein to resume jurisdiction over the cause and enforce the judgment.
