JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION DISMISSING APPEAL. Decided June 13, 1969.* No appearance for appellant. Solicitor General Nelson Wm. Broderick for appellee. When this cause was called for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant and Solicitor General Nelson Wm. Broderick appeared for the appellee. At this stage, counsel for the appellee moved for the application of Rule IV, Part 6, of the Revised Rules of this Court, in view of the absence of the appellant, this case having been duly placarded, assigned and bulletined for hearing. After considering the said application, it is hereby ADJUDGED granted, and the case ordered dismissed. And the clerk of this Court is hereby directed to send a mandate to the lower court informing it of this judgment.
