David Attia, plaintiff in certiorari, will take notice that at the calling of the case that is now pending in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia, wherein you are plaintiff in certiorari and Arthur Rigby, Agent for William A. Drury, is defendant in certiorari, in a matter of summary proceedings on a petition for a writ of possession, I shall submit the accompanying motion to quash the said writ of certiorari to the Honourable Court for consideration in the Supreme Court.
