JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

Decided: July 14, 1989.

At the call of this case, counsel for both parties were present in Court, and Counsellor S. Edward Carlor, for the appellant, informed the Court that he had filed a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal. Counsellor McDonald J. Krakue, Solicitor General of Liberia, counsel for appellee, interposed no objections to the withdrawal.

After reading and carefully studying the said withdrawal, it is hereby adjudged that the withdrawal of the appeal is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the trial court to resume jurisdiction over the case and enforce its judgment. Costs are disallowed. And it is hereby so ordered.
