When this case was called for hearing, Counselor Abraham B. Sillah, Sr. of Heritage Partners and Associates, Inc. appeared for the movants. Counselors Samuel T.K. Kortimai of Tulay and Associates Law

Offices appeared for the respondents.

Counsel for movants, made the following submission on the minutes of Court:

“At this stage, one of counsels for the movants begs to bring to your Honors’ attention that the parties in this matter met and agreed to have this matter abated. The parties stipulated and filed with the office of the Clerk of this Honorable Court, a Notice of Voluntary Withdrawal of the matter. And respectfully submits”.

The Court observes from the records in this case that on October 16, 2018, the counsels for the respective parties filed with the Clerk of this Court a Joint Notice of Voluntary Discontinuance which reads:

This Court having ascertained from the counsels representing the parties as to whether their respective clients fully consented to the notice of withdrawal of the appeal, and the counsels, having answered in the affirmative, and this Court being satisfied with the said Joint Notice of Voluntary Discontinuance, it is hereby ADJUDGED:

That the Joint Notice of Voluntary Discontinuance filed by the parties through their respective counsels is hereby granted and the appeal accordingly ordered dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to have the appeal stricken from the docket of this Court. Costs are ruled against the respondents. AND IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
