When this cause was called for hearing, the clerk informed the Court that a regular notice of withdrawal had been filed by counsel for appellant. After considering the said notice of withdrawal as filed, it is hereby ADJUDGED that appellant’s appeal is hereby dismissed with costs against him. And the clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
