In re A. B. RICKS, Respondent.

 

TERMINATION OF SUSPENSION OF COUNSELLOR AT LAW.

 

This Court having by a judgment dated January 26, 1934,[1] suspended A. B. Ricks, counsellor at law, from all the rights, privileges, dignities, and emoluments of a member of this, and every other bar of this Republic from said date, and until eight calendar months should have elapsed from the date of the payment of all costs; and the said A. B. Ricks, having represented to this Court that he has paid the said costs during our recess, and has now petitioned for restoration ; and this Court having inspected the records of this Court, it is now

 

ADJUDGED:
That the period of suspension of Mr. Ricks shall be ended as and from February t, 1935 ; and that after said date he will be fully restored. And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to give copies of this order, upon due application, to any person who may be concerned.
