ALPHA MASSALAY, Appellant, v. REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, Appellee.
JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided January 21, 1971.* No appearance for appellant. The Solicitor General for appellee. At the call of this case for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant. Appellee was represented by the Solicitor General of Liberia, who requested the Court that in view of the fact that neither the appellant nor his counsel having appeared, Rule Four, Part 6, of the Revised Rules of this Court be invoked. After considering said application of appellee’s counsel and the failure of appellant to appear, the appeal is hereby dismissed and the judgment of the lower court affirmed. And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. Mr. Justice Roberts did not sit. 276
