JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided January 22, 1971.* No appearance for parties. At the call of this case both parties failed to appear, the case having been duly assigned and bulletined for hearing. In view of the absence of the parties, it is hereby adjudged that this case having been assigned and bulletined here and also at the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Maryland County, and neither appellant nor appellee having appeared, the case is hereby stricken from the docket of this Court, with costs against appellant. And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the lower court informing it of this judgment. Mr. Justice Roberts did not sit. 275
