JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 27, 1975.* M. Fahnbulleh Jones for appellant. for appellees. Lewis K. Free When this case was called, Counsellor M. Fahnbulleh Jones appeared for the petitioner and Counsellor Lewis K. Free appeared for the respondents. Counsel for petitioner noted for the record that after re-reading and studying the ruling of the Justice in chambers, he conceded the validity of the said ruling and, therefore, asked leave to withdraw the appeal he had taken from it. This leave was granted. It is, therefore, adjudged that the ruling of the Justice should be and the same is hereby affirmed with costs against the petitioner. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the trial court, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction over the summary ejectment proceedings and enforce the ruling of the Justice.
