Peter Amos George When this case was called, no one appeared for appellant, Counsellor Peter Amos George appeared for appellee, and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal bond had been filed, nor had a notice of completion of appeal been issued and served to give this Court jurisdiction. After hearing the motion, and there being no resistance filed, it is adjudged that the motion should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce the judgment. And it is so ordered. 382
