JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 27, 1975.* No appearance for appellant. for appellees. Joseph J. F. Chesson When this case was called, no one appeared for the appellant; Counsellor Joseph J. F. Chesson appeared for the appellees and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that no appeal bond has been filed nor was a notice of completion of the appeal issued and served. After due consideration of the motion, it is adjudged that the motion be and is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce the judgment.
