Solicitor General At the call of this case no one appeared for the appellant; Solicitor General Roland Barnes appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal, on the ground that no notice of completion of appeal has been filed to give the Supreme Court jurisdiction. After considering the motion as filed and hearing argument, it is adjudged that the motion to dismiss the appeal should be and the same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment.
