JUDGMENTS WITHOUT OPINIONS. Decided April 27, 1973. Counsel not indicated. When these cases were called and the records were opened, it was observed that the appellants had filed notices withdrawing their respective appeals. After considering the notices as filed, it is hereby adjudged that the notices of withdrawal of the appeals be and the same are hereby allowed and the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send mandates to the respective subordinate courts from which the several appeals have been taken, commanding them to resume jurisdiction over the causes and enforce the judgment rendered. Costs in each case are assessed against the withdrawing party. And it is so ordered. 260
