SANDICH AND KPOSO, Appellant, v. REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, Appellee.

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 8, 1973. No appearance for appellant. Solicitor General Barnes and Jesse Banks, Jr., for appellee. When this case was called no one appeared for the appellant, in spite of the fact that several assignments had been made and returned by the Marshal. Solicitor General Roland Barnes and counsellor Jesse Banks, Jr., appeared for the appellee and asked for enforcement of Rule IV, Part 6, of the Rules of Court (1972), with ref= erence to failure of counsel to appear. It is, therefore, adjudged that the appeal should be and the same is hereby dismissed, and the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment. And it is so ordered. 274
