JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided February 2, 1973. Patrick W. Sanyenneh for appellant. Jones for appellee. M. Fahnbulleh When this case was called, counsellor Patrick W. Sanyenneh appeared for the appellant. Counsellor M. Fahnbulleh Jones appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was defective, having been filed twelve days after the time allowed by law for such filing. After considering the motion, and in view of no resistance thereto, it is adjudged that the motion be and the same is hereby granted, and the case is dismissed with costs against the appellant. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding it to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment. 540
