When this case was called for hearing, appellant having failed to appear in person or by counsel, appellees moved the court to invoke Part 6 of Rule IV of the Revised Rules of this Court. After considering the application as filed, it is hereby ADJUDGED that in view of the failure of appellant to appear in person or by counsel, the application of appellees is hereby granted with costs against appellant. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the lower court informing it of this judgment.
