Ejectment—Report of Counsel on Correctness of Bill of Cost. After inspection of the record, it is ordered: that the amount of $54.50 as excessive costs taxed be refunded the defendants in error by the clerk of the Circuit Court, third judicial circuit, and the sheriff and deputy marshal of the County of Sinoe.
