DAVID ATTIA, Plaintiff in Certiorari, v. ARTHUR RIGBY, Agent for William A. Drury, Defendant in Certiorari.

Petition for a Writ of Possession in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia at its January term, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and eight. Arthur Rigby, agent for William A. Drury, defendant in certiorari now pending before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia, wherein one David Attia is plaintiff in certiorari, makes oath according to law that the facts stated in the within and foregoing motion to quash the said writ of certiorari, are true in substance and in fact.
