JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Joseph P. Gibson of the Wright, Jangaba & Associates, appeared for the movants. Counsellor Yamie Q. Gbeisay, Sr., of the Tiala Law & Associates, appeared for the respondent.
Counsel for the respondent drew the Court ‘s attention to a notice of withdrawal filed with t he Clerk of Court and approved by an Associate Justice in consonance with the Rules of Court. Counsel for the movants confirmed the withdrawal and the Court being satisfied that the said withdrawal, having met the requirements of the law, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:
That the parties having voluntarily withdrawn the entire case, the matter is considered withdrawn and the appeal is dismissed. And it is so ordered.
