Pelham When this case was called, no one appeared for the appellant, Counsellor Samuel E. H. Pelham appeared for the appellee and made a motion to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that the appellant had failed to file an approved appeal bond, and also failed to issue and serve a notice of completion of the appeal. After checking the record and considering the motion, it is adjudged that the motion should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal dismissed, with costs against the appellant. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the trial court, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction over the case and enforce the judgment. And it is so ordered. 579
