ROBERT M. WILSON, et al., Appellants, v. HERBERT WILSON, Appellee.

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 18, 1976.* When this case was called Counsellor Moses Yangbe appeared for the appellants, and Counsellor Francis R. T. Gardiner appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. After studying the motion and because appellant’s counsel conceded the merits of the grounds of the motion, it is adjudged that the motion should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below, commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce the judgment. Costs are ruled against the appellants. And it iE so ordered. Mr. Justice Wardsworth did not participate in the decision. 260
