When this case was called for hearing, Counselors F. Musa Dean of the Dean and Associates Inc., appeared for the Informant; Counselor M. Wilkins Wright, Solicitor General, Republic of Liberia, appeared for the Respondent; and Counselor Charles Walker Brumskine of Brumskine & Associates, appeared for the Intervenor.
After a careful examination of the records, the contentions of the parties and the laws controlling, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:
That the Intervenor has made a prima facie case for intervening in the Bill of Information proceeding and that the intervention will not unduly delay or prejudice the adjudication of the rights of the parties. The Motion to Intervene is therefore granted.
The Clerk of this Court is ordered to inform the parties accordingly. Costs are to abide the final determination of the Bill of Information. It is so ordered.
