At the call of this case for hearing, Counselor David B. Gibson, Jr. of Wright, Jangaba & Associates Law Firm appeared for the Appellant and Counselor Jallah A. Barbu of the Liberty Law Firm appeared for the Appellees.
Counsel for Appellant made a submission to this Court to have the full and just amount of US$24,570.00 (United States Dollars Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy) due the Appellees paid within a period of three (3) months. Counsel for Appellees interposed no objection.
After a careful consideration from the submission made by the Appellant, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the request of Counsel for Appellant to pay the full and just amount of US$24,570.00 (United states Dollars Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy) on or before February 28, 2010 is hereby granted.
The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the Judge presiding in the court below to give effect to this judgment. It is so ordered.
