Both counsels brought to the attention of the Court that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and the Court being satisfied with the Joint Stipulation of Withdrawal filed by the counsels on behalf of the parties, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the appeal be and the same is hereby withdrawn. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below ordering the judge presiding therein to give effect to this judgment. Costs disallowed. It is so ordered.
