JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

At the call of this case, no one appeared for the appellants. Counsellor William Ward appeared for the appellees and filed motion to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that no appeal bond was filed, and no notice of the completion of the appeal had been served and on the appellees and returned by the sheriff to give this Court Jurisdiction over the cause. It is therefore adjudged that the motion to dismiss should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellants. The Clerk of this court is ordered to send a mandate to the trial court commanding the judge therein presiding to resume jurisdiction over the cause and give effect to this judg-ment. And it is so ordered.
