JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
When this case was called for hearing Counsellor R. Clark of the Cooper & Togbah Law Office appeared, for the Appellant, while Counsellor Tiawon Gongloe, Solicitor General of the Republic of Liberia appeared for the Appelllee.
Counsel for Appellant made a submission to the court that the parties had mutual discussion and had amicably settled their dispute and that both counsels filed a Voluntary Discontinuance in keeping with Section 11.6 of the Civil Procedure Law, 1LCLR, tit. 2 (1973).
The Court being satisfied with the submission made by counsel for Appellant, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the appeal should be and the same is hereby dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby mandated to send a mandate to the court below ordering the judge presiding therein to give effect to this judgment. Costs disallowed. AND IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
