PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI

 

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
At the call of this case, Counsellor Isaac E. Wonasue appeared for the Petitioner. No one appeared for the Respondents.

 

Counsel for Petitioner brought to the attention of the Court that subsequent to the Ruling of the Justice in Chambers, the parties had reached a settlement and had voluntarily signed stipulation withdrawing the matter and therefore prayed that the appeal be withdrawn.

 

The Court having observed the stipulation of withdrawal filed by the parties on May 16, 2006, it is hereby ADJUDGED:

 

That the appeal should be and the same is hereby ordered withdrawn. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to inform the trial court to resume jurisdiction and proceed, giving force and effect to the Ruling of the Chambers Justice dated 13 October 2003. AND IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
