JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

At the call of this case for arguments on the 1 1 t h of May 1983, Counsellor M. Fahnbulleh Jones appeared for appellant whilst Counsellor Toye C. Bernard appeared for the appellee. Counsel for appellee informed the Court that he had filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for failure of appellant to file an approved appeal bond and a notice of the completion of the appeal.
Counsel for appellant conceded the contention of counsel for appellee and therefore interposed no resistance to the motion.
After considering the submission and the applicable statute, it is hereby adjudged that the motion be and the same is hereby granted. Costs are ruled against the appellant. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the trial court to resume jurisdiction in this case and enforce its judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
