When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Turner W. Stewart appeared for the informants/petitioners and Counsellor J. Emmanuel R. Berry appeared for the respondents. After carefully listening to the arguments pro et con and carefully perusing the records, it is adjudged that the petition for re-argument not having pointed out any legal reason for a re-argument of the case, and counsel for petitioner having conceded to the inapplicability of the grounds of his petition, the petition should be, and the same is hereby denied and our judgment as rendered on the 23rd day of November A. D. 1984 during the October Term 1984 is hereby confirmed and affirmed. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below ordering the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce our mandate in the information out of which this petition for re-argument grew. Costs against the petitioners. And it is so ordered.
