When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Frede-rick A. B. Jayweh of the Civil Rights Lawyers Association of Liberia appeared for the petitioners and M. Kron Yangbe of Cooper and Togbah Law Firm appeared for the respondents.
Counsel for petitioners having conceded the legal soundness of the ruling of the Chambers Justice, withdrew the petitioners appeal, to which counsel for the respondents inter-posed no objection, it is hereby adjudged that the submission of the petitioners’ counsel be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal dismissed. The ruling of the Chambers Justice appealed from is ordered enforced. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing the judge presiding therein to give effect to this judgment. Costs are assessed against the petitioners. And it is hereby so ordered.
