JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

At the call of this case, Counsellor Frederick D. Cherue of the Dugbor Law Firm appeared for the movant, while Counsellor Snoncio E. Nigba of Legal Services Inc. appeared for the respondent. Counsel for the respondent informed the Court that he had filed a submission for voluntary discontinuance, given the mootness of the matter, to which movants interposed no objection.
After a careful review of the said notice of voluntary discontinuance and the laws controlling, it is hereby adjudged that said submission be and same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below instructing the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction over the matter and enforce its judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
